Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Brownies.
1 9″ x 13″ Pan
Crust, Graham Cracker Crumbs.
2 Cups of Crushed Graham cracker crumbs, crushed fine,
1/2 Cup butter or margarine
3 tbsp brown sugar
Mix crumbs with butter and brown sugar and press into pan.
Bake the crust 10 min at 325
3 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1 cup of caramels melted, with 2 Tbsp milk
1 cup of chocolate chips melted with 2 Tbsp milk
Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar, add sour cream, beaten eggs and vanilla.
Mix together, then swirl in chocolate and caramels and pour into the baked crust.
Bake at 325 for approximately 1 hour 12 min, cooking times may vary, depending on the oven, take care to not under or over cook when the outside edge and the center is firm then you should be finished, timing is everything so know your oven.
